Woohooo!!!!!!

I just got my broadband in my house, until now i have been running back anf forward to mams with the lappy in tow to read my emails and sort out the forums. But i can do it all from home now!!!!! Im so happy.

well done! could not cope without BB, be like having a limb missing!

eeek!! I couldn't live without broadband!!

I know, it was terrible, I got so used to checking my emails first thing every morning that when i woke in the new house i couldn't get showered quick enough to get down to my mams incase i was missing something!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup i know i am sad, but what can i say i love my cyber buddies

Oh i need to get a phone that does that!!!!!!

I've only had broadband for a few months, it's great . I had dial up for a few years and I'm sure that's why I have lots of grey hairs now

fought with eircom for ages before they finally sorted mine out.....dial up a nightmare, would be lost without BB......now if I could just persuade hubbie that we need a new laptop I would be a happy bunny, mine is from the dark ages.......

Lol, I love my laptop. Better than any desktop!!!! All im short of is making a shelving unit in the shower.

Ok just reading this is making me realise how sad i am

I'd love a laptop, but I do enjoy just coming into my craft room to get some peace away from DH and the TV. My craft room is my little piece of heaven

I don't know how I would manage without broadband....I think I would go mad....or should I say MORE mad.

I am happy as I got my Lappy back from Sony this month after it went wrong and had to have some major work. I am a lucky bunny as it is a high spec machine with a 17" screen. I also have a Dell desktop with a widescreen., DH has also put another screen on so my desktop has two and I can move between them...helps when you are doing more than one thing at a time. I also have a work laptop that I take to a couple of my clients when I do their bookkeeping.

We are a 4 computer family....and there are only 3 of us....LOL...am I obsessed!

lol, i think i would get confused if i tried to have more than one!!!!!

It did get confusing for a while when my lappy was away and I had to use the work one all the time. I tend to use my Sony for personal, a Dell for work, and DH has a Dell desktop for home and a Dell lappy for work.

We only had one lappy and one desktop, and then DH was contracting and needed his own work lappy with certain system requirements to run the software he uses to write control programs, so we got him one last January....then about 4 months later he took a permanent job and they gave him a work lappy.....and now I use his old one for my work instead. Each has a very different job, which makes it easier.

lol, true. Well im happy with my little pink sony one!!! I had a dell laptop first and it was crap!! Well i think a virus ate it all up, then i got a phillips iqon and the speed was brutal so when i was getting a new one i wanted to make sure it had everything!!!!
So i got my little pink Sony Lappy. I love it, comes every were with me!!!!
